Vacancy available: we are hiring a port container crane operator in Imperial County, California. You will work on a high-rise tower crane. You will fit the counterweights and check the ground bearing pressure; keep a safe distance from overhead power lines; watch the load moment indicator (LMI) and stay within rated capacity; work out the load weight and the lifting radius; grease the slew ring and inspect the wire rope for broken strands. Ideal candidate: • Strong attention to safety and load limits • Good depth perception and hand-eye coordination 4+ years on the tools preferred. Rotating shifts. Overtime paid at a premium rate.
