Great opportunity: we are hiring a sewing machine operator in Leake County, Mississippi. The role involves clear thread jams, re-time the looper and oil the machine before the shift; meet the hourly piece-rate target without dropping quality; match notches and ply, lining up checks and stripes before stitching; press open seams or use a folder/binder attachment for bound edges; operate single-needle lockstitch, overlock and flatlock machines on a production line. Requirements: • Comfortable working long hours seated at a fast line • Able to read a spec sheet and follow a sewing operation breakdown • 2+ years on industrial sewing machines in a garment factory At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
