Ideal candidate: • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • Food handler / hygiene certificate You will knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; load and unload the deck oven with a peel.
