Cake decorator • Greene County, Pennsylvania

Vacancy available: we are hiring a cake decorator in Greene County, Pennsylvania. You will work in a hotel pastry kitchen. Day to day you will shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand; pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity. You should have: • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • Food handler / hygiene certificate At least 6 year(s) in a similar role. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow.
