Powder coater wanted in Floyd County

Now hiring: we are hiring a powder coater in Floyd County, Kentucky. You will check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns; pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks; degrease and clean metal parts before coating; inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches; keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well. What we are looking for: • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting Full-time, day shift. $170 per day, negotiable for the right hands.
