Urgent requirement: we are hiring a scaffold fitter in Harney County, Oregon. You should have: • Full use of harness, lanyard and fall-arrest equipment • Good head for heights and comfortable on open platforms Day-to-day duties: • Lay scaffold boards and secure them with board retaining clips • Tie the scaffold back to the building with through-ties and anchors • Plumb the standards and level the ledgers with a spirit level • Handle, sort and stack tubes and fittings for loading out • Tighten right-angle and swivel couplers to torque with a podger spanner • Read scaffold drawings and work to the agreed loading class Full-time, day shift. $4,100 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
