Restoration bricklayer • Arlington County, Virginia

Great opportunity: we are hiring a restoration bricklayer in Arlington County, Virginia. You will cutting bricks to size with a bolster and club hammer or angle grinder; spreading and furrowing mortar beds with the trowel; checking every course for height and level with a gauge rod; brushing the wall down and removing mortar snots as you go; bedding in air bricks, weep holes and wall starters. What we are looking for: • Proven experience laying facing and engineering bricks • Own trowel, spirit level and basic hand tools • CSCS card or willingness to obtain one At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
