Canteen cook — Muscogee County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a canteen cook in Muscogee County, Georgia. The job is at a busy restaurant kitchen. You will keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces. Requirements: • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards Part-time with flexible hours. Meals and transport allowance provided. Walk-in interviews this week.
