You should have: • Valid digital tachograph card • Minimum 2 years' long-haul experience On a typical shift you will report defects and book the unit in for servicing; check load weight and axle distribution against permitted limits; reverse and carry out blind-side manoeuvres at loading bays; secure loads with ratchet straps, chains and load bars; plan routes and rest stops in line with driving-hours rules.
