Powder spray gun operator wanted in Shelby County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a powder spray gun operator in Shelby County, Texas. You will be based at an automotive components factory. Requirements: • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms Day to day you will set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow; run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches; degrease and clean metal parts before coating; sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper.
