Cnc lathe setter • Soba, Kaduna State

Now hiring: we are hiring a cnc lathe setter in Soba, Kaduna State. The job is on the CNC turning shop floor. You will top up coolant and clear swarf from the bed; watch the machine through the cycle and clear alarms or crashes; set up workpieces in three-jaw chucks and collets; write and edit G-code programs at the control; deburr and chamfer machined parts by hand. You should have: • Able to read engineering drawings and GD&T • Experience with carbide tooling and insert selection • ITI / NCVT certificate in the machinist (turner) trade preferred At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
