Ideal candidate: • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers • Punctual, reliable and hard-working You will wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils; clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift; scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies; polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass; load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles; empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard.
