General labourer • Franklin County, North Carolina

Immediate opening: we are hiring a general labourer in Franklin County, North Carolina. You will work on a residential housing site. The role involves: • Mix concrete and mortar to the correct ratio, by hand or in a pan mixer • Set out levels with line and plumb under the mason's direction • Erect and dismantle scaffolding and pass materials up • Carry bricks, cement bags and sand up to the masons on site • Clear debris and sweep the slab before the next pour • Hand tools and materials up to workers on the upper floors Ideal candidate: • Basic knowledge of hand tools like shovel, trowel and breaker • Able to follow the mason's and supervisor's instructions 2+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time with occasional weekends. Meals and transport allowance provided. Walk-in interviews this week.
