We are recruiting: we are hiring a hoist operator in Hopkins County, Kentucky. Day to day you will rig and sling loads using slings, shackles and spreader beams; fit the counterweights and check the ground bearing pressure; carry out pre-start checks on the crane, wire ropes and hook block; work out the load weight and the lifting radius. What we are looking for: • Proven experience on mobile, tower or overhead cranes • Physically fit to climb ladders and work long shifts Six days a week, one day off. Overtime paid at a premium rate.
