Grill cook • Valley County, Montana

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a grill cook in Valley County, Montana. You will work at a roadside dhaba. Day-to-day duties: • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in Requirements: • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
