Catering cook • Custer County, Montana

We are recruiting: we are hiring a catering cook in Custer County, Montana. The job is in a hospital or office canteen. You will manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha. Requirements: • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards 3+ years on the tools preferred. $2,900 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
