Protective coatings painter • Houston County, Alabama

We are recruiting: we are hiring a protective coatings painter in Houston County, Alabama. You will be based at a property maintenance company. The role involves: • Prep and prime metal, treating rust with red-oxide primer • Hang lining paper and wallpaper, matching patterns at the seams • Strip old paint and wallpaper with scrapers and heat guns • Carry out snagging and touch-ups before handover • Sand and fill walls before applying primer Ideal candidate: • A good eye for clean lines and an even finish • Comfortable working at height on ladders and scaffolding • Reliable, punctual and tidy on site Meals and transport allowance provided. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
