Join our team: we are hiring a heavy equipment operator in Muscatine County, Iowa. You will be based at a plant hire yard. What we are looking for: • Good depth perception and hand-eye coordination • Comfortable working long shifts in dust, heat and noise On a typical shift you will keep the cab clean and complete the daily machine logbook; grease the pins, bushings and slew ring at the start of each shift; work in coordination with the banksman and ground crew on signals; load and unload the machine on and off the low-loader safely; top up diesel, inspect hydraulic hoses for leaks and report defects; read site drawings and follow the batter and slope profiles.
