Now hiring: concrete labourer (Maryland)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a concrete labourer in Wicomico County, Maryland. On a typical shift you will compact fresh concrete with immersion poker vibrators to clear honeycombing; erect and align timber and steel shuttering before each pour; fix and tie reinforcement bars and mesh as per the bar bending schedule; discharge and place concrete from transit mixers and pumps into the forms; cut control and expansion joints at the correct spacing; set out levels with a spirit level, line and pins. What we are looking for: • Hands-on with poker vibrators, power floats and concrete mixers • Physically fit for heavy lifting and long hours on your feet We offer $24 per hour plus benefits.
