What we are looking for: • 2+ years' hands-on roofing experience • Able to read roof pitch and set the falls Day-to-day duties: • Carry out leak inspections and patch repairs • Lay underlayment and tar paper before tiling • Strip old shingles and felt back down to the deck • Replace cracked or slipped tiles and slates • Seal joints and penetrations with mastic and lead flashing • Erect and dismantle roof edge protection and scaffolding Full-time with occasional weekends.
