Visual inspection operator • Houston County, Tennessee

Vacancy available: we are hiring a visual inspection operator in Houston County, Tennessee. Ideal candidate: • Familiar with ISO 9001 quality systems • Able to read engineering drawings and GD&T symbols • Confident using vernier callipers, micrometers and gauges Your main tasks: • Check packaging, labelling and barcode accuracy before dispatch • Operate height gauges, profile projectors and coordinate measuring tools • Compare components against approved samples and engineering drawings • Record measurements on inspection sheets and SPC charts • Check visually for scratches, dents, burrs and colour variation • Raise non-conformance reports and tag rejected batches $4,100 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
