TIG welder wanted in Lafayette County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a TIG welder in Lafayette County, Missouri. You will be based in a stainless steel kitchen-equipment unit. Requirements: • Able to pass a weld test on the spot • Sound knowledge of argon gas settings and tungsten selection You will run butt, fillet, lap and corner joints to spec; read welding symbols and joint details off the fabrication drawing; inspect welds visually for porosity, cracks and undercut; grind, blend and polish finished welds to a clean finish; sharpen tungsten electrodes and fit the correct gas cup size; clamp and fit up components on the jig before welding.
