Immediate opening: we are hiring a grill cook in Loudoun County, Virginia. You will be based at a busy restaurant kitchen. The role involves monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency. You should have: • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. We offer $3,800 per month plus benefits. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
