Vacancy available: we are hiring a window glazier in New Hanover County, North Carolina. You will fit fly screens, sills and trickle vents; fuse-weld frame and sash corners on the welding machine and check the weld seam; take site measurements of openings before fabrication; check the frame for square by measuring the diagonals; insert galvanised steel reinforcement into the profile chambers and screw-fix it; drill drainage and pressure-equalisation slots in the outer frame. What we are looking for: • Able to work to deadlines in a busy workshop • Able to read cutting lists and fabrication drawings Rotating shifts. $3,100 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
