Join our team: fabrication workshop technician (North Dakota)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a fabrication workshop technician in Grand Forks County, North Dakota. You will be based at a glazing and fabrication factory. On a typical shift you will cut and weld mullions and transoms into the frame; cut uPVC profiles to size on a double-mitre saw at 45 degrees; wrap, label and load finished units for delivery without scratching the profile; fit espagnolette locking gear, friction hinges, handles and keeps to the sash. What we are looking for: • Comfortable handling and lifting glazed units safely • Able to read cutting lists and fabrication drawings • Confident on the double-mitre saw, welder and corner-cleaning machine 2+ years on the tools preferred. $4,900 per month, negotiable for the right hands. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
