Immediate opening: we are hiring a press operator in Washington County, Alabama. The job is in a sheet metal stamping unit. Day to day you will carry out first-off inspection and report rejects to the supervisor; check stamped parts against drawings using vernier calipers and gauges; load metal sheets, blanks and coils onto the press bed; record output and downtime on the production sheet. You should have: • Basic understanding of metal grades and thicknesses • Able to read engineering drawings and job cards Six days a week, one day off. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew.
