Urgent requirement: grill cook (Kansas)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a grill cook in Hamilton County, Kansas. On a typical shift you will knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes. Ideal candidate: • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking Full-time, day shift. $170 per day, negotiable for the right hands.
