Vacancy available: we are hiring a counter butcher in Shagari, Sokoto State. You will stuff and link fresh sausages with casings; monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain; take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking; mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder. Requirements: • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter Rotating shifts. Performance bonus on top of base pay.
