Urgent requirement: we are hiring a restaurant steward in Sweetwater County, Wyoming. You will work at a rooftop bar and grill. Requirements: • Basic numeracy for handling cash, bills and change • Ability to carry loaded trays and stay on your feet for long shifts • Smart, well-groomed appearance and a clean uniform On the job you will handle: • Upsell starters, desserts and beverages • Coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar • Carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table • Pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left • Take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad • Restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins 5+ years on the tools preferred.
