Cnc production machinist wanted in Hoke County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a cnc production machinist in Hoke County, North Carolina. You will work on the CNC turning shop floor. Day to day you will load and index turning tools in the turret; change worn carbide inserts and monitor tool wear; set up workpieces in three-jaw chucks and collets; top up coolant and clear swarf from the bed; read engineering drawings and interpret GD&T tolerances; deburr and chamfer machined parts by hand. Requirements: • Confident with micrometers, vernier calipers and bore gauges • ITI / NCVT certificate in the machinist (turner) trade preferred Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
