Immediate opening: we are hiring a PVC profile cutter in Edwards County, Kansas. You should have: • Able to read cutting lists and fabrication drawings • Confident on the double-mitre saw, welder and corner-cleaning machine • Comfortable handling and lifting glazed units safely The role involves crimp glazing beads to length and snap them into the frame; insert galvanised steel reinforcement into the profile chambers and screw-fix it; fit EPDM gaskets and brush-pile weather seals along the rails; wrap, label and load finished units for delivery without scratching the profile; cut and weld mullions and transoms into the frame.
