Cabinet maker wanted in Tangipahoa Parish

Now hiring: we are hiring a cabinet maker in Tangipahoa Parish, Louisiana. You will work on a residential housebuilding project. On the job you will handle: • Apply edge banding, veneers and laminate to board • Erect formwork and shuttering for concrete pours • Plane and sand timber to a smooth, square finish • Glue, clamp, screw and dowel joints together • Finish surfaces with varnish, wax, lacquer or wood stain • Read and work from architectural drawings and cutting lists You should have: • Confident with hand and power tools such as saws, routers and planers • Sound knowledge of timber types, grades and fixings Full-time with occasional weekends.
