We are recruiting: we are hiring a brick and block layer in Cherokee County, Kansas. You will be based on a new-build development. You should have: • CSCS card or willingness to obtain one • Own trowel, spirit level and basic hand tools Your main tasks: • Installing damp-proof courses, lintels and cavity trays • Forming arches, piers and reveals around openings • Spreading and furrowing mortar beds with the trowel • Checking every course for height and level with a gauge rod • Building the corners (leads) first and racking back the courses We offer $4,900 per month plus benefits.
