Fitter on the line • Leslie County, Kentucky

Vacancy available: we are hiring a fitter on the line in Leslie County, Kentucky. You will be based in an electronics assembly unit. Requirements: • Basic understanding of quality checks and 5S • Able to stand for the full shift and do repetitive hand work • Comfortable meeting hourly production targets Day-to-day duties: • Log defects and place rejected units in the rework bay • Pick the correct parts from the kit bins and feed them to the line • Fit and bolt components onto the chassis as it moves along the conveyor • Clean down the workstation and keep it to 5S standard • Tighten fasteners to the specified torque using a power screwdriver or torque wrench • Report jams or tool faults to the line leader straight away Six days a week, one day off. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Pay around $6,750 per project, based on your experience. Contact us to fix an interview.
