Vacancy available: we are hiring a smash repairer in Washington County, Florida. The job is at a commercial fleet workshop. Ideal candidate: • Own basic hand tools (hammers, dollies, files) • Attention to detail and a clean, even finish • Steady hand for filler work and block sanding The role involves buff and polish the finished panel to remove imperfections; mix and spread body filler, then block-sand to a smooth contour; replace damaged doors, wings, bonnets and bumpers; knock out dents and creases using a panel hammer and dolly; straighten chassis and frames on a jig bench with pulling chains; mask off glass, rubbers and trim before painting. 3+ years on the tools preferred.
