Elevator repair technician — Cassia County

Great opportunity: we are hiring an elevator repair technician in Cassia County, Idaho. You will be based at a shopping mall with escalators and lifts. What we are looking for: • ITI in electrical/mechanical or an equivalent trade certificate • Ability to read electrical and wiring schematics • Valid driving licence for site call-outs You will test buffers, final limit switches and the emergency brake; rope up the traction machine and reeve the hoisting cables; measure rope tension and check for broken strands; service the traction motor, brake and gearbox; adjust door operator timing and re-levelling accuracy; set and test the overspeed governor and safety gear.
