We are recruiting: we are hiring a line cook in Christian County, Missouri. You will work at a fast-food outlet. What we are looking for: • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards On a typical shift you will label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; prepare the mise en place before each service; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha.
