Now hiring: we are hiring a butcher in Fallon County, Montana. You will be based at a busy retail butcher's shop. The role involves monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain; mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder; keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled; trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts. Requirements: • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry 2+ years on the tools preferred.
