Concrete labourer wanted in Alcona County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a concrete labourer in Alcona County, Michigan. You will be based at an infrastructure site. Day-to-day duties: • Carry out slump tests and cast cubes for the lab • Strip and clean formwork once the concrete has gained strength • Cure slabs by ponding, wet hessian or curing compound for the required days • Give broom or steel-trowel finishes as specified Ideal candidate: • Hands-on with poker vibrators, power floats and concrete mixers • Able to read structural drawings and bar bending schedules Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
