Your main tasks: • Trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts • Stuff and link fresh sausages with casings • Take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife • Weigh, price and label cuts for the display case You should have: • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling Performance bonus on top of base pay. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
