Prep cook wanted in Polk County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a prep cook in Polk County, Iowa. What we are looking for: • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets The role involves: • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
