Horticulturist wanted in Wells County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a horticulturist in Wells County, Indiana. You will be based in a botanical garden. The role involves: • Operate strimmers, leaf blowers and brush cutters • Lay turf and oversow bare patches of lawn • Maintain compost heaps and the potting shed • Sharpen, clean and oil hand tools and mower blades • Check and adjust sprinkler timers and irrigation heads • Weed flower beds and borders by hand and with a hoe You should have: • Valid driving licence for travel between sites • An eye for detail and a tidy, well-kept finish • Previous experience as a gardener or in grounds maintenance Performance bonus on top of base pay.
