Now hiring: we are hiring a QC inspector in Abak, Akwa Ibom State. Your main tasks: • Calibrate and verify hand gauges before each shift • Carry out first-article and in-process checks on the production line • Raise non-conformance reports and tag rejected batches • Verify dimensions against the tolerance limits on the technical drawing • Record measurements on inspection sheets and SPC charts Requirements: • Understanding of AQL sampling and tolerance limits • Good eyesight and colour vision for visual inspection • ITI or diploma in a mechanical or production trade Full-time with occasional weekends.
