Join our team: we are hiring a meat cutter in Erie County, Pennsylvania. You will work at a halal meat counter. The role involves trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts; keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools; portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights; stuff and link fresh sausages with casings. What we are looking for: • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry $3,100 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
