Immediate opening: paint booth operator (New Jersey)

Now hiring: we are hiring a paint booth operator in Salem County, New Jersey. Your main tasks: • Hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage • Sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper • Mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time You should have: • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • Willing to work shifts and overtime A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
