Great opportunity: we are hiring a scaffolding erector in City of Manassas, Virginia. The job is on a busy construction site. Requirements: • Knowledge of safe loading, bracing and tie patterns • Proven experience erecting tube-and-fitting and system scaffold • Full use of harness, lanyard and fall-arrest equipment The role involves: • Handle, sort and stack tubes and fittings for loading out • Erect debris netting, sheeting and brick guards • Fit guardrails, mid-rails and toe boards to every working platform • Dismantle the scaffold in reverse sequence and lower materials safely • Tie the scaffold back to the building with through-ties and anchors • Install ladder access and ladder gates between the lifts Full-time, day shift.
