Immediate opening: we are hiring a tyre service technician in Bedford, England. You will work in a tyre and puncture shop. Requirements: • A good eye for tread wear and sidewall damage • Confident operating a tyre changer and wheel balancer Your main tasks: • Torque the wheel nuts to spec with a torque wrench • Carry out wheel alignment and adjust camber and toe • Demount worn tyres from rims using a tyre changer machine • Rotate tyres front-to-rear as per the service schedule • Check tread depth with a depth gauge and spot uneven wear • Jack up vehicles safely and set them on axle stands Pay around £2,050 per month, based on your experience.
