Join our team: we are hiring a gas installation technician in Elkhart County, Indiana. The role involves check every joint for leaks with soapy water and leak-detection spray; locate and repair gas leaks and replace corroded pipe sections; lay and route steel and copper gas pipe runs to the appliance points; complete gas safety certificates and label the finished installation; run polyethylene (PE) service pipe and electrofusion-weld the joints. Ideal candidate: • Able to read isometric and site drawings • Competent in pipe threading, brazing and PE electrofusion • Clean, methodical and safety-conscious 6+ years on the tools preferred. $3,900 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
