Immediate opening: pipe lagger (North Carolina)

Join our team: we are hiring a pipe lagger in Macon County, North Carolina. The job is at a cold storage facility. You should have: • Able to read construction drawings and specifications • Confident using a gas torch to bond bituminous membrane On the job you will handle: • Measure and cut insulation boards neatly around pipes, ducts and openings • Fit acoustic insulation to partition walls and floating floors • Fit mineral wool and glass wool batts between studs, joists and rafters • Install vapour barriers and seal all joints and overlaps with tape 5+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time, day shift. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Pay around $200 per day, based on your experience. Contact us to fix an interview.
