Vacancy available: collision repair technician (Illinois)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a collision repair technician in Williamson County, Illinois. You will be based in a smash repair workshop. You should have: • Comfortable working with dust, noise and spray fumes • Physically fit for lifting panels, bending and kneeling • Own basic hand tools (hammers, dollies, files) The role involves: • Treat rust, apply seam sealer and underbody protection • Replace damaged doors, wings, bonnets and bumpers • Shrink stretched and oil-canned metal with a shrinking hammer • Feather-edge old paint and prime bare metal before respray At least 6 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time with occasional weekends. $3,300 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
